Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the DI Stickers app collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Data collected

We collect only what is strictly necessary for the app to function:

• Account data: name and email address, provided voluntarily during registration or via social login (Google / Apple).
• Collection data: which stickers you marked as owned or repeated.
• Device identifier: a locally generated UUID used to associate data with a device before login.

We do not collect location, microphone, contacts, or any other sensitive information. The camera and clipboard contents are accessed only locally, never stored or transmitted — see section 3.

2. How data is used

• Sync your collection across devices when you have an account.
• Identify your session for secure authentication.
• Allow you to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell information to third parties, and do not perform profiling or automated decisions.

3. On-device camera and clipboard processing

Some app features access device resources strictly locally — no data leaves the device:

• Camera (sticker scanning): when you open the scanner, camera frames are processed in real time entirely on your device (ML Kit on Android, Vision on iOS) to recognize the code printed on the sticker. No image, photo, or frame is stored, transmitted, or shared with us or with third parties. Camera access stops as soon as you leave the scanner screen.
• Clipboard (import trade from text): when you tap "Paste" on the import trade screen, the app reads the text currently copied on your device to extract sticker codes. This text is processed locally and discarded after import.

4. Third-party services

The app uses the following external services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — cloud database and email authentication. supabase.com/privacy
• Google Sign-In — social login on Android. policies.google.com/privacy
• Sign in with Apple — social login on iOS. apple.com/legal/privacy

5. Storage and security

Data is stored locally on your device (SQLite) and, when you have an account, also on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not store passwords — email authentication uses Supabase's secure service.

6. Your rights

You may, at any time:

• Access your data — visible directly in the app.
• Correct your name or email in settings.
• Delete your account and all data permanently via Settings → Delete account.
• Portability: contact us to request a data export.

7. Data retention

Data is kept while you have an active account. Upon account deletion, all data is removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data from a child without consent, please contact us for immediate removal.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
